Alfred is an operations, sales, and business development leader with over two decades of experience spanning strategic management, entrepreneurship, and revenue growth. He began his career in pharmaceutical retail operations before transitioning into customer support leadership within the medical technology sector, where he led teams in complex, service-driven and highly regulated environments.
His background combines operational rigor with consultative, relationship-driven sales execution, enabling the design and scaling of sustainable growth strategies aligned with enterprise client expectations.
At ALEC, Alfred will lead business development, sales strategy, and market expansion initiatives. He is responsible for strengthening go-to-market execution, and expanding market share across domestic, offshore, and nearshore service offerings. His focus is on long-term client partnerships, scalable revenue growth, and positioning the organization for enterprise-level engagement.
Alfred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, a Mastering Sales Executive Certification from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is certified to perform annual tax filings.
